We would like extend our gratification to all your staff from Peony Jade Restaurant, especially Pamela, Kenny and Leon, for playing a big part in making our wedding a perfect one. All the guests commented that the food was really nice! And we are also extremely pleased with the service provided by all the wonderful crew from Peony Jade. We would like to specially thank Floor Manager Pamela, for her patience and great service throughout the planning for our wedding over these months, be it face-to-face or over the phone. And we want to especially compliment her for her performance on our actual wedding day. She managed to help ensure our childhood montage was played perfectly according to our sister who was the one playing it. Pamela also coordinated the whole event very well and very smoothly. When we were in the room waiting for our 1st and 2nd march-in, she patiently went thru with us what is going to happen, how the groom should help the bride hold her skirt, and with her very calm voice, it makes us feel much less nervous than we could have been. Towards the end of the dinner when the groom was abit drunk and we were resting in the room, she brought him tea to help clear the alcohol and out of my expectation, she even brought us the last two dishes which are the mee and the dessert. I was really touched by her gesture of how she took such good care of us. When we were bidding farewell to the guests, other staff from PJ also kept sending chinese tea down to the reception for Sky. After the dinner, Pamela also packed some food for us to bring back to the hotel, in case we are hungry later on, which we did and the food was still warm and nice! During the billing, when we were going to pay using our Capitaland Card, she reminded us that we wont be able to accumulate any Capital Dollars if we use this card here as they do not have that particular machine there, so we used another card instead so tat we could redeem some credit card rewards, how great is she! Thanks Pamela, for going all the extra miles for us, we really appreciate it. =) We would also like to thank Leon for his very patient and calm way of guiding us what to do when we were on the stage, which helped a great deal in making us more comfortable there. We could fully enjoy ourselves tat night because we trust Pamela and her team to do a good job and they definitely DIDN'T fail us. We had a wonderful solemnisation at the Peony Jade today. In particular, I would like to commend the waiter, Paul, who served our dishes. He is meticulous and is very attentive in ensuring that we have a pleasant meal. For example, my wife's fingers were oily after eating the duck drum stick. While having a dilemma on how to clean her fingers, Paul noticed her predicament and had the initiative to offer a wet tissue and opened it for her so that she does not have to leave her seat.
